4-6 Servings

Ingredients:
24oz Cubed Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Bacon dripping
5 Tbsp Butter
1/4 to 1/3 cup Water
1/4 Cup Bacon crumbles
Cinnamon-Sugar
Step 1
Peel and cube sweet potatoes; set aside.
Step 2
Place butter and bacon dripping, melt.
Step 3
Add Cubed Sweet potatoes in pan, toss in the melted mixture, add 1/4 cup water; cover with lid. To prevent sticking lightly toss potatoes occasionally.
Step 4
Cook for 25 minutes, test with fork to see if potatoes are tender. If not add a little more water, cover. Check every 5 minutes. Once desired tenderness has been reached, add bacon pieces and cinnamon-sugar.
